Terms of Service

Purchasing from Redutzu's Scripts constitutes your acceptance of our complete Terms of Service, confirming you've reviewed and understood all stipulated conditions. Our products operate under a licensing model rather than outright ownership—you receive permission to use the software, not rights to the software itself. All licenses are granted exclusively for personal, non-commercial applications.

Commercial use of our products is strictly defined as any attempt to resell, redistribute for profit, or trade our scripts. You cannot use purchased assets for business-to-business sales or any venture focused on the direct monetization of the code itself. Distribution in any form is prohibited—this includes sharing with friends, uploading to file-sharing platforms, or posting on leak websites. To ensure flexibility for server owners, your license can be transferred exactly one time to another party (e.g., during a project handover). However, the new owner must adhere to these same Terms of Service; any violation by the recipient will result in the immediate and permanent revocation of the license for all parties involved.

Technical manipulation of our products is expressly prohibited. You may not reverse engineer our code, attempt decompilation, extract proprietary algorithms, modify core functionality, or disassemble any protected components. These restrictions exist to protect our intellectual property and ensure product integrity across all users.

Violation of these licensing terms triggers immediate license revocation without refund eligibility. You forfeit all usage rights to the product permanently, and we may pursue additional remedies outlined in our Terms of Service or through applicable platform enforcement mechanisms. Unauthorized distribution or commercial use may result in permanent account termination and exclusion from all future purchases.

Tebex Limited serves as our designated Merchant of Record and handles all billing inquiries and refund processing. Beyond their standard policies, Redutzu's Scripts voluntarily provides a 7-day satisfaction period where customers may request their money back if they're dissatisfied with their purchase or encounter functionality issues. Should technical problems persist beyond this window despite our support team's troubleshooting attempts, we may—entirely at our own judgment—consider extending this courtesy further.

This voluntary refund policy exists purely as a courtesy to showcase our product confidence. Should our terms not align with your expectations, you're welcome to pursue resolution directly through Tebex Limited, though be aware their standard policy excludes refunds for digital merchandise purchases. Recurring payment plans, including our “All scripts access” membership, carry a strict no-refund policy without exception. Members may terminate their subscription whenever desired without penalties or contractual obligations, though cancellation immediately removes access to all premium features. Payment disputes related to subscription charges should be directed to Tebex Limited.

By entering any Redutzu's Scripts giveaway (Discord or affiliated platforms), you accept these terms. Participants must remain active Discord members throughout the contest period, including during winner selection. Leaving beforehand voids your entry. Each person gets one entry per giveaway unless stated otherwise—multiple accounts, bots, or fraudulent entry methods result in permanent disqualification from all promotional events.

Winners are announced publicly and must contact us within seven (7) days of the announcement to claim their prize. You are responsible for monitoring winner announcements and initiating contact with the necessary information for prize delivery. Failure to claim your prize within this timeframe results in automatic forfeiture, and unclaimed prizes may be re-awarded at our discretion. Prizes are awarded “as is” and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or substituted without explicit approval. Digital prizes follow the same terms as purchased products.

Redutzu's Scripts may disqualify any participant for violations including Discord guideline breaches, harassment, fraud, suspicious activity, or inappropriate conduct. Disqualified participants forfeit prizes and may be banned from future events. Giveaways may be changed, paused, or cancelled at any time without advance warning. This includes situations involving technical failures, suspected fraud, or unforeseen circumstances. All rulings on winner selection, eligibility requirements, and prize fulfillment are conclusive and binding, with no appeals permitted.

All transactions are processed through Tebex Limited, our authorized payment processor. Tebex manages order completion, handles billing inquiries, and oversees refund administration. When you complete a purchase, you're simultaneously accepting Tebex's operational policies, including their Checkout Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which govern how your payment information and personal data are handled throughout the transaction process.
